Overall it's ok there are a lot of things that could be improved on
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Working as a team to and being more positive
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to actually listen to the associate's and the needs of the individual store not a one size fits all because each store is different
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not showing favoritism and being on the same page so to speak one ma her tells you to do things one way another tells you to do things a different way
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel anymore all that is cared about is money not the associate's that work there . Thus can be improved by mangers actually listening to us and our concerns not just giving us the I will look into or answer which all we ever seem to get
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Walmart has raised their starting wage which means that people just tired are making almost or as much as me and I've been there 6 years I feel when they raised the starting wages they should have given those that have been there a raise to balance it out
