Some overlap for managers and even dept mgrs. To address concerns, shortcomings and clearify needed direction is paramount to a successful operation
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Market team should not allow store managers to work asstants driving 2.5 hours a day to work 6-10 hour plus days or 5-12+ hours a day. One guy I worked with fell asleep at the wheel trying to keep up at this ridiculous pace.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Re evaluate the pave mgmt is expexted to keep, they are tired and over worked. Thretened, harrased, belittled and undermined by upper mgmt instead of working with or through mgmt team. Trish Droze store mgr 2687 manipulates people, lies and laks integerety. Dale wooten mktmgr has shut open door
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When they have raised starting rates to the level of 10 year associates without bumping pay for existing employees. Its like a slap in the face to most devaluing them. I wk for wm 19 ys the associate appreciation bonus for me was $750, comes to around $20 a wk. Bonus added to regulat check = tax bra
