One of the core values is respect for the individuals, that is not just about customers but all associates and customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They show that they care. It can be rough sometimes in retail but we get through it and are always there to help each other out.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help my team and store out. Also being in charge of my departments and taking pride in them as if my departments where my own store.
