The insurance isn't very good.

Higher better workers that will stay past the training period.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Respect the workers. They are the ones that do the hard work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Some management isn't afraid to help or atleast find some help. Others refuse to lift a finger.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We just need more coworkers as I've been watching good people leave because there isn't enough staff.
