They have recently raised hourly wages to be more competitive.

We all get along and everyone is willing to help each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part, all the associates respect each other and are willing to help each other out.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Some managers could be better trained in how to handle associates and customers. They also gossip about other employees which can make me feel uncomfortable.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Some of the customers can get nasty at times. Not sure if there is really anything we can do to improve that- some people will just be angry no matter what. Hopefully they will continue to increase hourly wages.
