Everything. Organization, scheduling, workload, lack of coverage, lack of training. I would also appreciate them not lying straight to our faces. Be honest and treat your workers like humans not blundering idiots.
My coworkers are treated so poorly by the management that most people leave the department/company in less than a year. we could work together better if the schedules matched what needed to be done.
