
Better pay, equitable work, more respect.
They lie to your face and will take every step possible to avoid answering questions or finding them.
Better pay. They need to divide work equally and fairly. Also need to not put too much work on people.
We could improve by having a clear plan to work together and not by having too many managers telling you different plans.
I feel that the Waltons need to give up more of the money we are making for them so we can have a livable wage.
