Some need to show up on time some need to show up at all

Be held accountable, when workers don't show up they need to take up the slack not make me do it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am sometimes worked through my break, sometimes I even miss my ride home because I am unable to get off the register and management does not seem to care. I would feel better if I am actually compensated based on walmarts earnings
