It is very stressful. But my co-workers are nice and on the same page. They are the only good part about work.

The management needs to be replaced or coached.

They need to communicate better and keep employees happy so we aren't under-staffed and over-worked.

Speak to higher management as a group so our concerns will truly be addressed, hopefully.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The managers need to take more initiative to keep employees happy. And I would like a raise or just MY duties.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They ask me to work in every department when I am only hired on for the meat and dairy department. I believe with more responsibility should come more pay.
