Everything. Communication and respect. The management is horrible here, except for my direct supervisor.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Hiring process is horrible, constantly hiring people who don’t make the 6 month mark and the lengthy ones who were decent are moving elsewhere slowly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a backroom and longtime cap 2 associate, I bust my a$$ for not enough pay compared to the other departments pay, for example, the meat department is 13/hr, I’m still 11/hr after 2 years.
