They need to slow down just a bit, so they can make sure their employees are happy appreciated
I think if you have bad management that it can make good hard working employees and turn them into unhappy and under appreciated employees and that mean poor costumer service
Wal-Mart treats it employees like it treats it customers...like cattle. Just trying to hurry up and push you through. Take as much from you as they can. Then basically slaughter you. Your money, your time, and your pride. I basically work for free. I just wish they would treat their employees better
