Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do a lot of physical labor out in the weather which can get pretty hectic. I would just like my pay to reflect that.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A couple are fine co-workers but in my work, people tend not to stay around too long or don't take it seriously. It is hard to fix it, you kind of have to hope the right people come along.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company itself just doesn't care. They will pop up where ever they feel the need to and it doesn't really bother the people at the top if it succeeds or fails for the most part. They just keep going.
