The way we interact with each other. WE do not accept, " That isn't my job" and we all help each other in every area
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I am 60 years old, have had several jobs in my lifetime, but have never worked for a company that treats me and other employees as if they do not matter as badly as Walmart does
