Most of the time it's friendly and fairly easy-going. Most of the people are nice and rather interesting people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
A lot of the managers that interact with sales floor associates directly are rude or have unreasonable expectations given the amount of time available.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There's a lot of understaffing issues, we need more people in some of the stores in order to really meet customer's needs and the company standards.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the people I work with are hardworking and I enjoy interacting with them. We are good at working together to meet the expectations set for us.
