My managers always give 100% and are always upbeat and respectful, they inspire me to smile and give 100% as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are very accommodating but not push overs. they have a great deal of respect for their employees, ive never been disrespected or felt uncomfortable in anyway.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is generally enjoyable and nice to be around, I havent noticed the usual clique type snarky environment you sometimes find in retail. They dont undermine each other and try to really help each other
