What did you like most about the interview process?
simple and straight forward, easy to understand what they want from you.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
it is a job, it pays the bills but there is no driving enjoyment for what I do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no compensation or benefits unless you are full time and NO ONE except management gets full time to keep the cost down. If employees were allowed full time status then perhaps they could feel more connected and loyal to the company and retention rates would be higher.
