Great store and work place but management could definitely use some work/training.

The managers could communicate what they want done before getting angry. Also not yelling at there employees in front of customers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I feel the leadership team should communicate better when they want a task done on a day it usually isn’t supposed to be done.
