People gossip about others. Also the managers are sometimes rude and talk down as if you are incompetent.

Better scheduling, not taking all workers to cash register and leaving others behind to take care of multiple departments.

Making sure employees aren't stuck alone or working 3 different departments. Better scheduling needed as well. More staff. Better incentives.

Hospitality and friendliness. They were welcoming and made you feel like you picked the right place to work at.

They rarely promote or give raises on time. No full time positions are given out, just part time to avoid benefits.

More staff. Better hours. Not keeping employees hostage to work overtime because some were too busy taking care of multiple departments causing their department to suffer.
