What makes you most happy at work?
I'll be completely honest, the best part is my pay check, because it means I am helping to support my family. I enjoy getting out of my house and feeling productive.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to take employee feedback into account. I've worked with the company and in retail longer than most of the current leadership team but they do not listen to suggestions that could make tasks run smoother.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The first chance to get a raise I was completely denied anything because one manager did not like how I work even though I always got my work done. On another chance I got the minimum amount of 5 cents because I am slow stocking one department, even though I'm very fast in other areas.
