We are all friendly to eachother for the most part. Our friendships that we have made go beyond work.

The people I work with. We like to have positive attitudes and have as much fun as possible while at work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to be better at making sure everyone on the team is on the same page. Things are often miscommunicated or missunderstood and then everything gets all mixed up.
