
Better pay. Better benefits. Better management. More employees. Etc.
Better workers and managers who actually work and help out.
Make it less time consuming and more to the point with less rambling.
They need to up the pay to obtain quality employees. Until then, they will have 90% lazy workers.
Pay is below average. You do the work of 10 people. One gets fired, you end up doing their job. No one gets replaced.
