More intense into background checks. Drug testing like I had when I was hired.

Provides health and other insurances to me. Although the cost of the health insurance is too high.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The higher ups need to talk to the associates one to one to get a true story of what is happening and not have negative affects come back after them.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The head of the department wants it done her way and no other way. Frustrating because it makes more work for others and stock does not get rotated properly and it also makes if very difficult to get all the work done before the shift is done.
