managers need to listen to their CSM's who have been their longer and know what works best
if they fixed broken items instead of waiting weeks or something months, we could be more productive and make customers happy
when asked what hours we are available don't tell us months later we have to expand our time or we may have to leave
customers complaints are no product on shelves and no associates available in departments for assistance, hours have been cut which leaves make customers angry. and I have noticed we are loosing our regular customer's who came in 3-4 times a week now come once stating they are going to Market Basket
