If they just listened and actually did what they were told the job would get done...too much playing...
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Walmart is actually a pretty good place to work but anything that may be needed from Corporation office it takes forever to even get a callback.....there is also much favoritism that goes on in the store that I work at and I feel that is absolutely wrong.
