Work is nice. It can become very stressful at times. Overall a good place to work.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I get see people be happy from the kind of work I have done.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I love the people I work with directly but, when it comes to mangers I just don't feel heard or appreciated the way I want to be.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm a cashier and all the other fellow front end works have a great sense of family. The customers are usually great but you do end up getting some cranky people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to engage more with the people that are working under them. A lot of the time a manger won't do anything then expect the assistant mangers to do it or CSMS.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would love to see us being paid more than just minimum wage. I think its very unfair we are not allowed to get overtime. I don't even work my full amount that I could be working. I have to get a second job.
