It feels like a tight-knit community that has your back.

Some coworkers do not do their job. management though is currently working on solving this.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help the customer. Never fun paying an arm and a leg for things or wasting time finding things.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The point system makes it difficult when sick. I cannot miss a single day it feels even when I should be home in bed, especially when Holiday season's coming.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team in my store takes matters seriously. It feels that the managers and HR in the store care. I know every store is different, this is a smaller store so it's close knit.
