they need to stop trying to "fix" the program just making it from a bearable work environment to the worst environment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The fact that they force my husband who also works there to switch shifts taking away some pay then switch him back to same job same shift as before and yet they still don't give him the pay he was making in the first place, it would be nice if they stop cutting costs out of people's own pockets
