The friendliness, the kindness....I felt like I had a second family at work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There was no discrimination on appropriate things. I did love the fact that the dress code was updated, allowing more freedom for expression.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always treated me very well. They never pushed me beyond my limits and always appreciated what I could do. When I was heavily pregnant, they made sure I was safe and felt comfortable in my dept.
