Many of the co workers are good, hard working people. Unfortunately, there's always a few bad seeds and higher management is often the issue.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My co workers. It's a toxic company with poor compensation and low morale, but my co workers are amazing people and we all help each other pull through.
