I guess its a fun environment especially holidays roll around.

I dont feel we get paid enough to do what we do.

I like when we have enough staff and i dont have to feel overworked.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring about its employees. I am 71 and they run me all over bending and lifting and not enough staff to run our department.
