Fast and truthful. No experience needed. Walmart does not discriminate. Love it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Pretty cool and like all the stuff we get to see first hand. Discounts are cool too.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
New minimum hiring wage is $11 per hour...that's pretty good for NO EXPERIENCE and doing easy work. Common sense.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Walmart has changed a lot and I like their new attitude and benefits. Managers are very flexible for hardworking employees.
