Recognizing that one person cannot do the work of three people.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some of my coworkers need to put items in the correct place and they need to pick up the pace.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There should be more people hired so that the work actually gets finished instead of having everyone always trying to play catch up from the previous day/week.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There are not enough associates to do a good job of helping customers and maintaining the freight and a clean store. Improve it by hiring more people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A healthcare plan that was actually affordable and had decent coverage would be a good start. More than a few cents yearly raise would be great. Reinstatement of the few semi-decent benefits associates used to receive(time and a half pay for working Sunday, extra week pay for long time Associates).
