My coworkers are nice but lazy and nobody seems to care. Management needs to change in a bad way.

Again, attitudes can be improved.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
leading. They are too busy acting important than actually doing work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Upper management sets the tone for the rest of the employees. They have bad attitudes so everyone else has bad attitudes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wouldn't have such a problem with the hourly pay if they would not dock us hours every time they think we're doing something wrong or a coworker complains. It's ridiculous!
