My Co-Workers, and the breaks.

It didn't take too long, it was to the point. The Interviewer was polite and not intimidating.

We get the job done, everyone is polite and works together to make sure we do our best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get worked full time but am not listed as a full time employee and therefore get no benefits.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Promotions, Hard working employees are kept at the bottom while people who work less and talk more are promoted quicker.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even during stressful times people are up beat, and if someone is having a rough day others are considerate and understanding.
