
Treating their employees with decency, and not being so biased towards female employees.
It's impersonal and inefficient. I was asked the same exact questions by 3 different managers.
Just treat us with respect. Employees who like their managers will work harder to make them happy. Attempting to bully and threaten us into submission is not effective.
The worse our management has been treating us, the worse morale has been getting. Many of my coworkers have given up caring about their work and only do enough to not get fired, just so they have a paycheck to survive.
My immediate coworkers are constantly required to do our higher paid coworkers' jobs without the pay. Our managers treat us like dirt and are even more condescending towards women. We are given the more physically demanding jobs, less pay, and are frequently spoken to in a dismissive manner.
