It's been pretty Good. Been working here for 5 years now and everyday is different! It would have been better if one co-worker was Fired way before 2 weeks ago.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All of the managers and co-workers get along very Good. Most of the customers are friendly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that they are matching my 401k. I'm part time but might be moving to Full time soon.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very friendly to me and my co-workers. They always greet me when I come in to work each day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Seeing a lot of the other managers inside listening to me. I also got interviewed by the assistant store manager on my 2nd interview.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I really like all of my co-workers now. We all get to talk to each other every day about what's going on and which side needs some more help.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing who I will be working with on that day. Knowing that the weather is going to be Good! It's a lot better now since someone got Fired a couple of weeks ago that all of us didn't like working with.
