That she was very nice and went over everything and more! She was positive and you could tell she ENJOYED her job
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Handle some of the higher up people and tell them attitudes do not pave the way and maybe they could get work out of people
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They don’t want to do what’s been told to do because of how it’s said to them! If people would come off in a more positive way to people then they would get great work out of it! When they are talking it out on the wrong people
