What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management needs to go to some type of speech class or a seminar on how to speak to people. Remember there is a right way and a wrong way to speak to everyone !!!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They would actually mean something if it were revelant to what is actually going on the store, and for a store 2,500 miles away. Just because it may be good for a certain sector in a region, it may not work well in others !!!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management that has a understanding of what is like to be on both sides of the fence. Another words they should promote from within when possible, not hire someone that just graudated college and has no understanding of how it really is to work in or on the sales floor!!!!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Learning how to talk to employee's the right way. There is a right way and a wrong way to speak to anyone for that matter. Not belittle them , also there is a place and time for everything, not on the sales floor for everyone to see and hear everything that takes place !!!!!
