Two people on every conveyor stacking trucks. Less breakage and easier work loads.

I never get to interact with co-workers because we are sequestered in trucks and in constant motion trying to stack boxes.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They slow down the conveyors at the distribution center when executives come in. Then speed it back up when they leave. They do not give employees ANY lead time. The conveyors are constantly backed up and impossible to keep up with
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The distribution center feels like punishment. There is NO slow times. No one can keep up with the conveyors. If there is a back up or a truck pulls out then you are so behind there is NO WAY to catch up.
