Treating people better, they really act like they are there to keep you from getting over on them.

you have to be available around the clock, seven days a week and all holidays. hours vary everyday. the pay isnt worth this kind of commitment.

the company doesnt provide enough tools for employees to do their job, this causes workers to hide the tools and be unwilling to share. this ruins teamwork.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
the compant policy is to encourage more work from employees by telling them they are falling short and need to step it up or else. Its management asainst the workers. need to change this.
