The best part of our compensation deal is our benefits & being paid more than minimum wage.

My leadership team is very strong, and we work together to make sure the job is done correctly
What makes you most happy at work?
Generally my customers make me happy at work. Once you’re taking care of them the time flies by, and it almost be time to go home.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best things about my team is our teamwork. We constantly let one another know that we are actually here to help each other when need be.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The thing I liked most was the conversation with my manager. He made sure I was comfortable and we had a great talk and I took the job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are a lot of positive things about our culture here at Walmart. One that stands out to me more is our safety. At all times our safety comes first and we strive to make sure we are as safe as possible.
