I think it’s fair and helps out enormously for a pay check to paycheck home

We are a positive company and our managers make sure that all problems are taken care of quickly so that we can all work together well
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I think they should listen to their employees for ideas. Also the need to be more understanding on scheduling when you need time off for family emergencies
What did you like most about the interview process?
I thought the interviewer was fair and they also listened to everything I had to say. He was quick and asked only questions that pertained to my previous employers and my experience
