I really like it when we can just work without being nagged or bothered by managers.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to associate needs and problems. Then, taking specific steps to resolve these issues. Associates should also be kept informed about what the team is doing about their issues.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy being busy, and there are many things to do at this job. There are many different tasks involved in running my department, so I never get bored. Also, I love serving my customers and enjoy making them happy.
