Horrible and I am currently looking for work elsewhere. i hope to find better employment very soon.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are amazing!!!! We work great together and hear each other.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to hear the employees!! Stop taking us for granted and appreciate us for all we do.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick and seemed so positive and I was excited to work. When I started working, not so much.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't believe this company will ever get better. The higher ups look down on all of us and its ridiculous.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need to be treated fairly. We are not security guards and I am tired of making the customers feel uncomfortable while they shop.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think we should be paid an honest living wage. I work full time plus extra hours when they ask me to but still can't make ends meet
