Employees are considered just a number. We are not people and our wants and needs don't matter. Hours get cut across the board, leading to an inability for anyone to thrive financially.

There are no real meetings with the overall staff. You are expected to be in your position at all times, and are often penalized if you leave your location to speak with management, if they're not hiding in the stock rooms.
