Improve the staff, don’t hire a ton of morons
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No ones rude we’re around customers so we have to be positive
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do a good job managing the unit. We are Efficient and get tasks completed with no hiccups.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They’re isn’t really one, it’s overall an awful plan and I wouldn’t recommend it but we all need money
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Try and find employees who will try and get better. Don’t keep the same lazy people around. Talk more get an understanding of eachother
