
Nothing really, was a regular interview
Interactions with employees, bad moods on the clock, poor scheduling.
We all understand the situation we are in and help each other to get through the days.
Management is the problem & it can be fixed by putting qualified people in those positions instead of friends.
I feel undervalued because I do a lot of work in multiple departments with no complaint, but when bonus time or raise time comes around, they give the same run around about our little raises & bonuses. I would feel better If management was more straightforward with us about the finances of the store
