It is kind of bittersweet. I really need the job and the money helps but you get treated badly.

They need to stop being so rude to eachother and act more equally.

The managers are usually nice and try to do their best at being efficient.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company acts like they don’t value their workers enough, they always advertise that they do but you can barely ever even get sick
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of the cashiers that work with me are usually very positive and well workers that also help me to better my own work ethics.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Once again, the company does not care for the well being of their workers and it really shows. It especially shows when you are having to go to work as sick as you can possibly be or else you?
