We get paid a reward after each quarter called the myshare if we have perfect attendance

We all work together in different areas and take turns sharing the work load and responsibilities together

Being able to do something different to help another person and Being a cashier I think because this is my first time in retail

The people I work with are very understanding and helpful since I came on board 3 weeks ago and they welcomed me with open arms
