I've worked there for about 6 years. I really like the benefits and the pto. Everyone I work with is pretty nice and friendly. The manager can be difficult to communicate with though and doesn't like feedback.

All of the interviewers for very upbeat.

We all get along for the most part.

Everyone is very skilled at what they do and there is good team work.

I work in the pharmacy. There is good team work for the most part.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I would like to make a little more money, it is also is very difficult to move ahead. New hires are usually offered higher positions first.
